Services
WelderBox provides welding repair and fabrication services on a mail-in basis. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Artistic Display Only
Important: All welding work performed by WelderBox is for artistic display purposes only. Our work is NOT certified for:
- Structural applications
- Pressure vessels
- Load-bearing applications
- Safety-critical components
If you require code-certified welding, please contact us for a manual quote and extended lead times.
Shipping Policy
- Customers are responsible for shipping items to our facility
- Return shipping costs are included in your quote
- Ship items to: WelderBox, PO Box 2391, Blasdell, NY 14219
- Always include your ticket number as a reference
Payment Terms
- Orders under $1,000: Full payment required upfront
- Orders $1,000+: 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
- We accept major credit cards via Stripe
- Balance must be paid before items are shipped back
Turnaround Time
- Standard orders: Approximately 3+ weeks
- Rush orders (+50%): Priority queue, faster completion
- Actual completion times may vary based on workload and complexity
Forfeiture Policy
Items that remain unpaid for 12 months after completion will be considered abandoned and become the property of WelderBox.
Rejection of Work
WelderBox reserves the right to reject any job that:
- Is severely rusted or structurally compromised
- Poses safety concerns
- Cannot be safely or effectively repaired
If we reject your item, we will return it at no charge beyond the original shipping cost.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you experience issues with our welding within 90 days of receiving your item back, contact us to discuss a resolution.
Limitation of Liability
WelderBox's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or injuries resulting from use of repaired items.
